AJ Buckley

As the go-to-guy in the Lab, AJ Buckley is most acclaimed for his role as Adam Ross on CBS' CSI: NY, portraying the gifted scientist that brings a lot of humor to dark situations. The seventh season premiered Friday, September 24 at 9:00pm ET/PT. Sela Ward will replace Melina Kanakaredes as Buckley’s co-star. In the critically acclaimed, Skateland, AJ stars as Teddy Tulos, the heartfelt and captivating owner of an early 1980s small-town Texas skating rink, set for release May 13th.

AJ recently finished filming Christmas Mail, in which he plays Matt Sanders, a sensitive, deep feeling musician who decides to give up his dream to become a postman after he is left to care for his niece. He falls for a mysterious woman, Ashley Scott, who breezes into the post office on Christmas to answer kids’ letters to Santa. Their worlds collide when she answers a letter from the niece, asking Santa for a wife for her doting uncle. Christmas Mail is set to release in December.

The Sci-fi film The Doomsday Scrolls, in which AJ plays a rugged street fighter that realizes his destiny is to prevent Armageddon, is in post-production and is set to release in 2011. A guest starring role as Ed Zeddmore, leader of a group of wannabe ghost hunters in the popular CW series Supernatural, has led AJ to write, direct, and star in a the critically acclaimed Warner Brother's original web based series, The Ghostfacers The DVD release will be Tuesday, Sept. 7th.

AJ also appeared in an episode of the award-winning HBO comedy series Entourage. As a struggling writer, Dave, AJ played the overprotective and jealous boyfriend to superstar, Anna Farris, who was managed by Kevin Connolly's character, Eric Murphy. Entourage received five Emmy nominations in 2009.

Ireland native, AJ immigrated to Canada at age six and later spent his teenage years in British Colombia, where he began his acting career in the television series, The Odyssey. Soon after, AJ guest starred on shows such as The X-Files and Millennium.

His memorable role in Disturbing Behavior is what brought AJ to Los Angeles. Since his arrival, AJ has made more than 20 feature films including The In Crowd and the critically acclaimed Blue Car. In addition, he has also appeared in hit TV shows including Without a Trace, NYPD Blue, Jack and Jill, and Bones.

AJ is currently producing several television and feature projects with his company, FourFront Productions. He recently finished co-producing Talent: The Casting Call with Alloy Entertainment.
